We are a
committee of Making
Music, the National Federation of Music Societies.
Making Music represents and supports over
2000 amateur and semi-professional music groups of all types throughout the
United Kingdom.
The Concert Promoters'
Committee consists of volunteers elected (or co-opted) from promoting
societies across the
UK, along with a panel of listeners. The role of the committee is to identify
the support services and resources
required by Making Music's concert promoting societies, and to arrange to
provide such services as are justifiable and cost effective.
Our main activities are the
Concert
Promoters' Network (CPN), Newsletters,
the
AGM and supporting our Member
Societies.
We also hold a set of
Case Studies from the Promoting Societies' Development project and a brochure of
Musicians Union Jazz Services
performers.
Please
fill in this
form if
you would like extra copies of the Concert Promoters' Network brochure. You can also use this form to amend who in your society is sent copies
of the brochure.
