Listeners fill in a Response Sheet after they have heard artists that are not known to the Committee.

The Committee currently meets mid week daytime, three times a year in May/June, October and a two-day meeting in February.

Leamington Spa/Warwick is the present venue, but this could be adjusted to meet the needs of the members; travel expenses are reimbursed. Committee members are elected for a four-year period, and are eligible for re-election once only.
